You will be able to cancel an order within 2 hours of the sale being completed, and if the sale has not been processed by StoryLTD Prints. Once the order has been processed, the product is considered as purchased and our Exchange Policy below will then be applicable.


Orders once delivered cannot be returned for refund.

In case the order delivered to you is incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund the entire invoiced amount to you. In order to process the refund, you must contact us within 12 hours of the receipt of your product.

To register your refund claim, please email us on with a brief description of the problem along with an image of the product received by you.

All such claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis and our decision in respect of such claims shall be final and binding.

Please retain the packing, invoice, tags and any shipping labels that came with the product till the refund process is complete.
